Downloading Files from Google Sheets in PDF Format

Assalamualaikum
Downloading files from Google Sheets in pdf format is quite easy to do, which is similar to printing files in pdf format from Microsoft Excel.
The steps are as follows:
The first step is to select the cell / part which will be downloaded.
Selecting the cell to be downloaded is by blocking the cell, either by left-clicking and holding the mouse or by selecting the end of the cell and then holding "Shift" on the keyboard and then directing the direction " up", "bottom", "left", and "right" on the keyboard until all the cells you want to download are blocked.

Set the desired
size Setting the paper size is done by selecting the printer icon in the upper left submenu.
Next set the desired paper size
Select the “Printer” icon at the top left of Google Sheets

orientation Set the page orientation to portrait or landscape in the right area

Ensure the section to be downloaded is not cut horizontally
This section is also not to be missed , i.e. making sure the page doesn't crop horizontally. The trick is to select "Fit To Width" in the "Scale" option.

Then the last step is to download the page in pdf format, by pressing the blue “Next” button in the upper right corner.
Then select “Save as PDF” in the printer section on the left.
